When you transfer a balance to your new Riley Children’s Foundation Visa, the transfer fee goes directly to the foundation.

No Annual Fee²

The Riley Children’s Foundation Visa has no annual fee.

No Penalty APR/Pricing

The Signature Rewards Visa does not apply a penalty APR, also known as penalty pricing. A penalty APR is an increased annual percentage rate that issuers may charge when a cardholder is late on payments. This can be put in place as soon as just one missed payment. A typical penalty APR is 29.99 percent, but it may be lower on some credit cards.

Balance Transfer Fee

If you transfer the balance from an existing credit card when your open a Riley Children’s Foundation Visa, you will incur a fee equal to 1% of the amount being transferred. That fee is then donated to the Riley Children’s Foundation to benefit their work.

International Transaction Fees

When you travel internationally, you will be charged a fee of 1% of the charged amount for each international transaction. 

Late Payments

If you are late making a payment, you can be charged a late fee of up to $25.

Loss of Introductory Rate

It’s important that you make your payments on time. Otherwise, we may end your introductory rate and apply the standard APR disclosed above if you make a late payment.

When you use your chip card at a chip-enabled terminal, the embedded chip generates a unique transaction code. This helps prevent stolen data from being fraudulently used. Fraud Alerts

We offer near real-time fraud alerts for all Elements credit cards. With a quick text alert, you can help prevent fraudulent transactions from occurring on your cards. The service is free, and your card is automatically enrolled! How it works:

• A text message will be sent to your mobile device when there is a suspicious transaction identified on your account. 
• Simply reply to confirm whether or not you recognize the transaction(s).
• If you let us know that you do not recognize the transaction(s), we will block usage of your card until we hear from you.
• If you reply that you recognize the transaction(s), your card will remain available for use.
• If we don’t receive a response from you for the text message, we will reach out to you through email and phone to verify the suspicious transaction.
• If you would like to opt out of this service, just reply STOP to the text alert, or call us at 800-621-2105.

Visa has developed a program that helps confirm your identity when you make an online purchase. This service helps make shopping online more secure by protecting against unauthorized use of your Visa card. There’s no need to download anything, install software or register. Getting started is easy!

1. Apply for a card online. - You can apply online in as little as 10 minutes! Or call 1-800-621-2105 to get started. Have your government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and your Social Security number ready.
2. Check your email.- You will receive an email within one business day to notify you of account approval or gather additional information that may be needed.
3. Get your card in the mail.- Once approved, you'll receive your Indianapolis Indians Signature Rewards Visa® in the mail within 10-14 days.
4. Enroll in online banking.-  Easily make payments on your credit card, check other Elements balances, pay bills and transfer money between accounts from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop with Elements online banking and our mobile app.

You can set up alerts about your credit card using the Card Control app. The Card Control app is a companion app to the Elements Online Banking app that allows you to control when, where, and how your Elements credit and debit cards are used. Instantly turn them off and on, set controls on usage, and establish alerts for a variety of card activities.

• Locations – set alerts to notify you if a debit card transaction occurs in an unexpected location, such as outside the US, or even in-store if your device isn’t present during the transaction.
• Merchant Types – receive a notification when your Elements credit or debit cards are used at specific merchant types like retail stores, gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
• Transaction Types – get an alert when your card is used for specific transaction types, such as in-store, online, mail/phone order, auto pay, or at an ATM.
• Spending Limit – set spend alerts to know if your Elements credit or debit card has had a transaction that exceeds a set limit or when your monthly limit has been exceeded.

How to Set Card Control Alerts

1. On the opening screen of the Card Control app, click on the card for which you want to set an alert.
2. On the next screen, select “Controls & Alerts,” then “Alert Preferences.”
3. On the line that says “Send alerts for,” tap the button on the right (the button will say “None” if you have no alerts set).
4. If you’d like to receive alerts for all card transactions, choose “All Transactions” in the drop-down.
5. To select which alerts you‘d like to receive, choose “Selected Transactions” in the drop-down. Then click on the type of alert you’d like to set (Locations, Merchant Types, Transaction Types, or Spend Limits) and follow the prompts.
6. That’s it, your alerts are set! You will receive the alerts you set up in the Card Control app via a push notification that pops up on the home screen of your mobile device.

How do I make a credit card payment?

You can make your Elements credit card payments in several convenient ways. Call us with questions at 1-800-621-2105.

Pay your Elements credit card within online banking or the mobile app. 

• Log in, go to the Loans & Credit Cards menu and choose Manage Visa Card, or click your credit card account tile in your list of accounts. 
• You can make a one-time or recurring payment from your Elements account or other bank or credit union account.
• You can also set up automatic payments to be paid each month to avoid missing your payment and a possible late fee.

I’m planning to travel and don’t want my purchases to be declined. How can I prevent that?

We understand that can be a frustrating experience! Elements offers 24/7 fraud monitoring on credit and debit cards. In order to ensure transactions you perform while traveling do not falsely trigger any fraud detection services, we recommend you advise us of your travel plans in advance. You can set the travel notification on your Elements credit card within online banking.

• Click on the account tile for the credit card you'd like to set a travel notification on
• Select the "Account Services" menu
• Click on "Travel Center"
• Enter necessary travel information and submit
